In the wake of his recent SOLD OUT hometown show, LPMC is preparing for 2026 to be his biggest year yet, including the release of the second part of his highly anticipated second album, 'Lonely Boy Bar'. The first part was released in September 2024 on limited edition, signed and handnumbered yellow vinyl to immediate popular and critical acclaim.
The music press and radio alike have celebrated LPMC's songwriting as 'masterful', with impressive 'bold lyrical imagery', 'powerful vocals' and melodic hooks. BBC Introducing have been amongst the tastemakers to champion the Rotherham based songwriter.
LPMC is solo artist and multi-instrumentalist songwriter, Lee McMahon. Formerly the frontman and chief songwriter of popular South Yorkshire 4-piece indie rockers 'The Tivoli', a band that were the first unsigned headliners the main stage at Sheffield's O2 Academy, 'Macca' resurrected himself as LPMC in the summer of '22 with debut album 'Provdence'; the LP that spawned terrace anthem 'Good Times Are Coming', the ferocious 'Amsterdam Sam' and timeless beauty of 'Main Street'.
On the live stage, LPMC brings with him a 5 piece band to deliver his slice of alternative indie rock in an anthemic, high energy and powerful thunderbolt that electrifies any room.
LPMC is now booking live shows for 2026 with a desire to showcase his music to wider audiences.
