The video was filmed on my phone, which I had placed on the dashboard of my car as I drove around the centre of my hometown, then slowed down to 65% of its reel speed.

The track is a poignant call to arms to all those who are facing their own struggles, or have lost themselves somewhere along the way. It's a tender reminder that none of us are alone in those struggles and that we can resurrect ourselves with resilience and an inner strength much stronger than we realise.

This song was written in lockdown in 2020 and it was one of the last tracks to be written and recorded for my debut album I actually re-recorded and re-arranged it because the initial version just wasn't working. It is definitely one of my favourite tracks from the album. I am very proud of it.
